Before joining ES COUNSEL, he built a strong foundation as an attorney, where he provided strategic legal counsel to Thai and international clients on labor and employment matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, he played a crucial role in high-stakes commercial transactions, due diligence, and contract negotiations across banking, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Leveraging his extensive experience, Worathep transitioned into the judiciary, where he has served in key judicial roles, including as a judge at the Sisaket Provincial Court, the Central Labor Court, and as Secretary of both the Labor Court and the Labor Division of the Supreme Court. He has represented a wide range of public and private companies, both local and international, particularly in the automotive, logistics and consumer sectors. Teerapat Tanlawan, Senior Associate, is a litigator and legal consultant specializing in labor and employment law and human resource management.
